Channel Partner Benefits

Effective as of September 13, 2023

This exhibit (“Channel Exhibit”) is attached to and made a part of the legal agreement (“Agreement”) between Employ and the Partner. This exhibit outlines the benefits provided by Employ to the Partner. The Partner acknowledges and agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions.

This Channel Partner Benefits Exhibit was last updated September 13, 2023. Employ reserves the right to periodically modify this Channel Exhibit to reflect the current Partner Program.

General.

  • Partner Benefits. The benefits and Partner responsibilities identified at will apply to the Partner’s participation in the Partner Channel Program.
  • Tier Movement. In the event that the Partner moves from one tier to another tier within the Partner Channel Program, the benefits that will apply will be those of the then current tier, inclusive of revenue share amount that will be applied for deals referred when Partner was a different tier.
  • Benefit Descriptions. In the event of a dispute arising to the nature of benefits or responsibilities under the Partner Channel Program, Employ will be responsible for determining the meaning of the benefit or responsibility in its sole, reasonable discretion.
  • Benefits will no longer apply to the extent partner is not a participant in the Partner Channel Program.

The revenue share percentage will continue to be paid by each party to the referring party throughout the duration of the customer relationship. In the event the partner tier is downgraded, referral percentage applicable at new partner level will apply.
