Demo Incentive Terms & Conditions

These Demo Incentive Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in any promotional offer by Employ, Inc. or its affiliates (“Employ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) that provides an incentive (for example, a digital gift card) in connection with completing a qualifying product demonstration (the “Offer”).

1. Eligibility.

The Offer is open only to individuals who:

  1. Are 18 years of age or older;
  2. Are currently employed by a business evaluating Employ’s talent-acquisition products or services;
  3. Register for the demo using a valid company email address; and
  4. Attend and complete a scheduled live demonstration with Employ’s sales team.

The Offer is not open to job seekers, students, consultants, current customers, competitors, or members of the general public.

2. Limitations.

This Addendum is coterminous with the Agreement. 

  1. Limit one (1) incentive per individual and per organization.
  2. The Offer is available while supplies last and may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time without notice.
  3. The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Redemption.

Qualified participants will receive their incentive within 30 days after completing the demo and confirming eligibility. Employ may withhold or cancel an incentive if:

  1. Eligibility requirements are not met; or
  2. There is evidence of misuse, fraud, or misrepresentation.

4. No Substitutions or Transfers.

Incentives are not transferable or exchangeable and have no cash value. Employ may substitute an item of equal or greater value at its discretion.

5. Privacy.

Participation requires providing certain personal information. Employ will handle that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.employinc.com/privacy-policy/).

6. Miscellaneous.

This Offer is sponsored by Employ, Inc., 200 Clarendon Street, Boston, MA 02116 USA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict- of-law rules.
